Volunteer

I was in Logistic Department of SUGAR project, a non-profit that helps children in orphanages access education by recruiting high school students as volunteers to tutor them.

My job includes organizing meetings, setting up venues, bonding sessions, etc between the volunteers and the children. It was pretty tough because I have to manage so many things at the same time, but it was also a wonderful experience that helped me learn more about different people with different experiences! Also, during this time I learned so much about keeping relationships, and skills required as an organizer!
