There are around 200 types of different noodles in Vietnam. However, what makes phở stand out and reach international stardom?

I believe it’s mainly the broth that contributed to that! You probably can’t find 2 identical phở from the different cookers. Therefore, if I compare my life with a bowl of phở, the broth is what makes me “Me”.
